Simultaneously, I have written over 100 chapters of Les Cascanueces, in 4 different languages. I am continuing to write my auto-biography.
I invented Hispanic Cuisine! Tacos,tostadas, pa dulce, corn soup, hot chocolate, Hispanic coffee.
