derived from Sup, which is derived from What's Up. Used by only the most in tune youth, on messaging or in conversation, pronounced like the word 'soup'. The really amazingly cool people will use this happy coincedence as an amusing play on the word, by putting a variety of soup in front of it.

Soogat

"Soogat" is a word that is spontaneously screamed and/or yelled out loud, often in public places. To recite the word you must scream or yell almost at the top of your lungs. The word "soogat" when screamed sounds more like Sagat, Sackat, or Suckit.
-While in Walmart (or any other public place) yell "Soogat" at full volume, while you watch as people turn their heads wondering what just happened.

-While with your friends; yell "Soogat" at a totally spontaneous time.

A person perhaps with a personality disorder who goes shopping to find comfort.
Shopaholics have any number of maxed out credit cards and will sometimes buy things that they have no logical use for.
Many shopaholics eventually get into trouble for running up large debts which they are unable to pay off.
