A broad euphemism for sexual intercourse.

First usage of "Rad Dong" as a verb is generally traced back to the novel Hardcase McDougal and the Huge Fucking Mystery by author Keith Blackwater, though it may be argued that dongs have been rad prior to the writing of that book.
