Pity Dump

The act of, "dumping" your saddening feelings to others, causing you to feel like it was worthless to say in the first place and move on to another topic a second later.

{Person 1} "Sometimes I wonder why I can't help people. People won't come to me for help when they feel terrible, everytime I try to be positive, I end up going into the negative instead-"

{Person 2} "Wow, he's going through a hard pity dump..."

{Person 3} "Don't worry. He'll probably be better after."

When its firstly classified as rape, yet the person begins to feel sorry/ bad for the rapist and allows them to continue until they've finished

Ben pinned down Anika to the floor and became raping her, yet as the action dragged out she began to feel sorry for Ben, as he was loser at her high-school, so she allowed him to continue until he was finished making it pity rape.
