25 lighters is

how you get paid.

Being from H-town and steeped in the culture the prior definition is logistically taxing and inaccurate. . You can’t open a lighter and put anything in them. That’s time consuming and a waste of a lighter. The reason you would have 25 lighters on your dresser is if you sell then you know people go all night. Sometimes the only thing that would stop them is running their lighters down to nothin. Hence. A smart dealer buys lighters in bulk to keep the smokers going til the money runs out. Not the butane.
