The Buford Gene was discovered in 2007 by Dr. Schlossenger Beaufort in Austria. It is located on chromosomes 6 and 9 between the URA3 and LYS2 loci. The Buford gene has been determined to promote 5-fluoro-orotic acid (FOA) and a-aminoadipic acid (aAA) production. These chemicals are responsible for "awesomeness" in an individual by encouraging comfort in common situations as well as the ability to rise to all occasions. It also inhibits the production of b-galactosidase which is responsible for "lameness" in individuals. This gene has yet to be successfully cloned, as the Buford Gene can only be expressed from the original. The only known methods of obtaining the Buford Gene is through sexual reproduction with a known carrier.

When you’re doing sex on someone and you fill up their belly button with semen. While in process, spray a couple ropes at other body parts and tilt her in a direction where those parts would drip so into her belly button, reuniting all chromosomes with each other in a beautiful waterfall of spooge.

A gene that allows ticks to produce an antifreeze protein to resist frostbite and lower the freezing point of blood. The ticks have a protein called IAFGP that is triggered during winter months, which protects them from the cold. Mice that were injected with the protein were able to not get frostbite at subzero temperatures. They then genetically engineered the mice and breed them to have babies with the gene and they produced the antifreeze protein, IAFGP. The mice resists frostbite. One day, some humans could genetically engineer themselves with the antifreeze tick gene. That way, there's no more frostbite at subzero temperatures(below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, 0 degrees Celsius) until much lower temperatures(like 5 degrees Fahrenheit, -15 degrees Celsius or something). Eventually, the technology will be affordable to all.
Tyler: I just genetically engineered myself with the antifreeze tick gene. Now I don't have to worry about frostbite.
