A micronation on the continent of Australia with a population of about thirty people. At one point tobacco and plastic bags were illegal, but later decided the ban was unconstitutional. Their motto is,"If it's fun then it's legal, unless it is infriging on someone else's right to do so, in which it to illegal." They are considering selling titles such as baron and baroness to gain revenue. The micronation Sealand also sells titles.

The act of 2 people grabbing someone, one person grabs the hair of a body while the other person grabs the leg of the body. The two begin to run as fast as they can. Another way of doing it is tying the scalp of the body to a car while the body’s leg is tied to another car and the two cars drive as fast as they can.
