Stan culture describes an online phenomenon in which communities of stalker fans and hardcore non-stalking fans, or stans, engage in overly enthusiastic support of a favorite celebrity online (called “stanning”), including at times vehement, coordinated attacks against detractors and critics. (I found this definition on Google, but not in UrbanDictionary!)

"Culture-Cipher" is numeric code for the numbers 4 and 0. It is used to refer to 40 ounce Malt liquor beverages. Adherents to the philosophy of The Nation of Gods and Earths, commonly known as Five Percenters, subscribe to a numerology called Supreme Mathematics, in which the numbers zero through nine are given a corresponding code word. The number 4 stands for "Culture" and the number 0 stands for "Cipher".

expression used when a person doesn´t know or forgot something typical, classic or trending. Mostly like an ignorant person that doesn´t know universal history, breaking news, mainstream facts, etc. Usually air heads deserve cultural slaps.
Example 1: It´s incredible that my boyfriend doesn´t know in what continent Egypt is, pff cultural slap!
Example 2: Are you kidding? Why have you never seen the end of Titanic? Cultural slap.
