what guys that are close friends with a girl who has a boyfriend do. Usually the guy and girl had an old flame and the feelings are still there. The "dommer" tends to cock-block his ex's new boyfriend and is the primary suspect of who she would cheat with.

She wouldn't do anything with her new boyfriend because her ex is domming up their relationship.
