A fuck circus is a place or group where people are there purely to talk about or commit sexual acts. It's serious to the insiders and more of a joke than anything to those outside it, like a regular circus. The fuck circus itself isn't restricted to being made up of only straights or gays, it can be made up of different "acts" with sub-groups of different clowns.
