A Sexually Motivated Carjacking is a crime of carjacking except motivated by sexual reasons. The man/woman must have a fetish towards cars and cannot do it due to a human inside the car. A SMC incident must only be motivated by sexuality towards the car.

Sexual and gender minority (SGM) populations include, but are not limited to, individuals who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, asexual, transgender, two-spirit, queer, and/or intersex. Individuals with same-sex or -gender attractions or behaviors and those with a difference in sex development are also included. These populations also encompass those who do not self-identify with one of these terms but whose sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or reproductive development is characterized by non-binary constructs of sexual orientation, gender, and/or sex.

Allies are critical to the mission of the SGMRO. The SGM need to each be Allies to the other populations within SGM.

SGM is how the Federal Register now refers to queer lgbti people. They have named them a Sexual & Gender Minority population but DC hasn’t offered them protections like every other named minority class. How typical ass backward is that.
