Sometimes, people jokingly refer to the internet as a game of sorts, and, like all games, it must have a final boss. Who or what the final boss truly is has been disputed, but one of the more accepted claims is that the position is held by Scott Willoughby, aka StaringVacantly.

trying to figure out what this means exactly - maybe urban dictionary can help?! Recently Kimberly Latrice Jones posted something on IG, and one commenter responded with a laughing-crying emoji and the comment ‘Not on Beyoncé’s Internet!’ There are some examples of use online but no clear definition.
