Originating in California, this type of swagger is not easy to obtain. It is when a person in no attempt to be unattractive whatsoever does not shave, do their hair etc. for a certain but unspecified amount of time. While attending parties or social gatherings however, they still reap the benefits of a person having maximum swag. Such as sleeping with girls and getting phone numbers. they might have rips and tears in they're clothes but still swaggin. these sorts of people shop at young, urban places and thrift stores.
