When Something is so cheap and hilarious that it is described as bum- tastic. Usually used to describe good for nothings, slobs, and lazy assholes.

Another way to say the word 'Fantastic.' Originated from Nicole Scherzinger (Pussycat Dolls) in the TV show 'The Sing off' describing the Bealzebubs during the first season.
