Someone who conveys the attitude and sex appeal of a jungle cat who has just devoured a family of zebra's and continues to trot about in the wilderness covered in their filthy remains. When others see him approach them with their foul innards worn about his neck it is like the jungle cat is saying "yeah, I slaughtered them with my devilishly good looks... let's procreate."
