Yakoff Smirnoff

The transformation of a fully functional human being to a human being that is not functional because of a horrid episode of vomiting usually caused by food, drugs, alcohol, or all three combined. Hence the word yak. Word is Russian originating from the comedian Yakov Smirnoff.
