a majority of anime fans are normal. weebs are a subset of anime fans who are obsessed with japanese culture to the point of racism. case in point is the J-Pop Talk Show - Saturday Night Live.
weebs are generally the weabo version of nice guys whose only possible interaction with other people is by sexualizing them. they lack respect for other people but demand respect from others. they also believe that weeb is a slur, but ironically the weeb circle is also a breeding ground for reactionaries like incels, racists and transphobes, who fight to maintain the use of transphobic slurs.
