the definition of this word is, smbsotfl, which means, to "shake my ball sacks on the floor laughing", this is a derivation from a common internet text phrase/acronym "rofl", which means to "roll on the floor laughing". though the word claims to shake your balls on the floor laughing, doesn't mean you, the reader, are actually doing it physically, just like the word rofl, which doesn't the definition to the reader seriously, but instead is used to express your humor into one acronym to keep the conversation less condense, like lmfao, lol, stfu, and wtf.
