compassionate disruption

A program of pushing homeless into social services that move the homeless out of an area and into a place where they can be inadequately treated outside the purview of the public.

The police lured the poor homeless from the downtown, under their new policy of compassionate disruption. The homeless were given the option of a one way Greyhound bus ticket, to see a far a way land, or residency in the local police hotel, and a job doing community service.

Oftentimes, as we discuss our country, we think in terms of our strength being the military. And I happen to believe it's important to have a strong military to keep the peace. ... Government can hand out money ... but government cannot put hope in a person's heart or a sense of purpose in a person's life. That happens when a loving soul, like Charlene puts her arm around somebody who hurts and says, what can I do to help you? What can I do to make your life a better life? How can I, a citizen of America, interface with you, to help you understand there is a bright hope and a better future? No, the strength of this country is the hearts and souls of the soldiers in the army of compassion.

Compassion Bully

When someone uses a disability or illness as a way to pressure you into doing something nice for them. Taking advantage of someone by using their kindness and compassion to manipulate them.

That guy always begs the band to introduce them, gets backstage all the time because of his bad legs and then acts all hurt if they say no. What a Compassion Bully.

Obsessive Compulsive SLAG Disorder

-Someone who has obsessive compulsive slag disorder cannot help being a total slag, they have a problem.
-Much like OCD they compulsively repeat SLAGGISH behaviors i.e. giving head to random guys she meets in town in the graveyard opposite the chipy every friday.
