As a noun, it typically refers to the hallucinogenic, although it can more rarely refer to anything that has the unnatural resemblance to the head of mushroom such as a circumcised penis or a bowl top haircut.

As a verb it may refer to ingesting hallucinogenic mushrooms or to the rapid increase, spread, or development.

This city has shroomed in the intervening years since I was last here.

The definition of shroom is not a drug most people would think that, shroom in fact is a term used in which you call someone that’s weird and ugly combined. This word can describe all sorts of things from Non-living to living.
