A term coined by conservatives to encompass a wide range of extremely progressive ideologies, such as the liberal movement to destigmatize pedophilia. It is a clever combination of "mental disorder" and "radical progressiveness".

Huffpost ran the article "pedophilia is no longer always a mental disorder". That is so far out there that it's mentally progressive.
