power outage banter

Unusual conversation with family, friends or neighbors after loss of electricity following a big storm or natural disaster. Starts innocuously then devolves into random talk driven by nerves.

After the lights went out, I spoke with neighbors I never even met. The power outage banter started with what happened, then ended-up with weird and unrelated topics. Now we just smile a little when we see each other.

Sell outs

The act of changing yourself, your intrests, or everything about you to fit the majority. This can be applied to alot of things. Such as a good friend leaving you out to dry for personnal gains, or a music group changing their own style to sell records.

To abandon what is really you just so you can be "cool" in the eyes of everyone else.

My friends (sell outs): Hey lets go dress up in pink Polos and short khaki shorts and sperries and spend all our money on crown royal and take Daddy's BMW and go hang out with all those real rich preppy kids from school so we can be awesome and just maybe get laid from a couple of town bikes

oumasai

Oumasai is the ship name for the characters Kokichi Ouma and Shuichi Saihara from the visual novel New Dangan Ronpa v3: Killing Harmony (or 'everyone's new semester of killing' in the Japanese version). It ship so amazing and cute it makes me want to rip out my own eyeballs.

But sometimes people like to fuck it up and make it seem abusive and disgusting which is NOT OKAY.

Person 1: {Kiibouma} is DEFINITELY the best ship involving Ouma

Person 2: Are you kidding me?. Oumasai is where it is at
