MD/md is an abbreviated form of My Dilemma. It is generally used to express the lack of a clear decision/choice when faced with multiple paths.

Girl : Do you want to get married?
Guy : I don't know if I want to get married and need a girl for that or I want to fall in love and then marry as a result. It's just md (my dilemma)
