A Luke is generally a person who is very slack. Any assigned tasks will not be started by Luke until very late (i.e. the night before its due). They also have no shame in the way that they behave in public, often acting like a retard. A Luke is also very secretive about any relationships they may have. Any questions regarding his relationships will result in Luke saying 'I don't have a girlfriend' or 'fuck off'.

Person 1: Omg do you see that fool over there?
Person 2: Wow, he hasn't even started his assignment that is due tomorrow
Person 1: Yeah and he won't tell me anything about his love life
