Peeping Bill

A weasle/farm rat or male bumpkin that hides at the edge of your window peeping in for entertainment. Will occasionally call from the window ask what you're doing and pretend they are not right outside. That aunting feeling you get when someone is watching you but know one is around.

I felt like old peeping bill was at the farm window again last night.
