A secret URBAN-D society that is engaged in and organized for the purposes of crime and vice against the Urban Dictionary. They appear to have successfully cloned UrbanDictionary.com and all definitions as late as 2012.

If you ever accidentally delete a word on Urban Dictionary and want to find it, just head on down to the Urban Underworld and tell them Danger Doll sent ya, (Oh wait, there's conveniently no way to contact anyone on that website and no 'remove' feature.)
