Bernie Sanders held a political rally in December of 2019 at the high school which was accompanied by the groups stated above
It’s the last school in California before getting to Mexico and is usually the underdog school.
The school got media recognition for their “valedictorian incident” at their graduation in 2019, but recently have gotten more media coverage all over the state because of Mikey Williams’ 19/20 high school basketball campaign making him the number one ranked freshman in California and ranked number eight in the nation.

Home to rappers Ryan Anthony,Lil Weirdo,Lil Maru, KP2, Googie Monsta, etc. A place where each little neighborhood is divided and closeby. You got most of the good culture in Sherman Heights,Barrio Logan,Logan Heights,Linda Vista,City heights,Skyline,Lincoln Acres,Paradise Hills, Spring Valley, Lemon Grove.Weather you're on the suburban area or urban area of San Diego, it's still very beautiful. It's home to the Padres and San Diego Wave and San Diego FC. You got the people who argue between weather the Chargers are still apart of San Diego and that they're not (I just believe that they are traitors, they left us for the opps). MTS bus routes and trolleys are packed in the mornings and afternoons with kids who are going to school and back and people going to work and back. (orange line has the most fights) We got Petco park, home to the Padres. We have many things to do for people who love going out. San Diego can be a bit bipolar. We have Chicano Park Murals were painted to rep Chicano and Mexican heritage so us Mexicans don't forget where we come from
