A very common trick done by cowboy characters in movies and TV shows. It is done often when drawing their pistol and proceeding to spin and flip it around using their fingers.

Piggyback flip cup

Similar to a normal game of flip cup except teams of two compete. One player on each team gives their teammate a piggyback and then each team races to drink and flip. The teammate getting a piggyback must drink and flip their cup from their teammates back. Each round the slowest team is eliminated until the fastest team is left standing.
