Piecechow 

Of or pertaining to a person who sticks out as a character; someone who is very much on their own trip. Could be a negative or positive description. People and actions that are outlandish or stunningly characteristic can be described as piecechows. People that are brash, animated, and very confident of their own capabilities - no matter how deranged and irrelevent they may be.

A person who enjoys using his tongue to lick someones piece. A piece being a ring piece or arse hole. (On encountering more than 5 pieces, the group should be called "Piice-Licker").

The per capita income for the county was $20,948. The third largest army post in the United States, Fort Lewis, is located in pierce County as are McChord Air Force Base, Madigan Army Medical Center, and Camp Murray National Guard post. Altogether these military installations contribute over 42,000 military and civilian jobs to the local economy.
