Annual carnival held by Soviets in June known for its cotton candy, snow cones, popcorn and the beautiful tree shrine

The AMS Carnival signifies the graduation of juveniles from communist grip. At the end of the day all the juveniles high five the younger ones in a path before the bell rings.
