its the state or condition of a person when his or her shirt, blouse or dresses manufacturing tag is visible from the outside when it is designed to be folded inside the garment. The tags are not real but were required. I have never heard oa a word that discribes this situation. I made up the word but has been used for about 20 years. and I have never had someone way " Ive got what?" They knew instantly what I was talking about.

taggy kid

1. the kind of kid who wears super-phat brand clothing all the time, pimped up with much supplemental accessoires like bandanas, tags and sometimes even drink holders at their hips. Often addicted to video games. Sometimes a bit obese, but mostly cutish.

2. also comes with super-soft luxury phat-body and smart looking face tuned in a manner as if thei're pushing a bit - but this resembles only thinking, wich turns out to be hard for them.

3. aka brand child.

Look dat taggy kid, dude, every time he's asked a question he looks like taking a dump.

He got more tags on his body at all than his brand clothing needs to sell.

tagwall prosecution

Passive aggressive employees who do not have enough work to do post complaints about the behavior of other employees on the tagwall (telecom employee webpage supposed to be used for outages). Such as: "I wanted to thank whoever "borrowed" my chair from my desk while I was on vacation. Most important, I'd like to thank them for also stealing my brown ACD hoodie that was attached to it. I really appreciate working with trustworthy employees." - Chair was actually in a corner with hoodie hung over it; thus never really stolen. There are also many posts about dirty dishes and such.
