A Native American who seems to go about things in a savagely manner. Sometimes in ways that arent socially acceptable. Its a term we Natives use to describe someone off of a reservation or an urban native with reservation ways.

but is now more commonly used as an adjective that describes an extreme form of desperation used to describe a situation or a person.
