An English composer famous for being part of New Complexity. His pieces are known for being totally impossible and are a jumbled mess of cacophony that resembles no tune (but are funny to hear and watch being performed).

Some of his most known pieces are English Country Tunes, an insult to England and the word " tune" too, and Verdi's transcription, a ruined version of many Verdi's pieces.
