Being a Dylan is being in a state of such wealth that you only have time to do activities such as knitting group with the local grandmothers. youth group at the mormon church held in the largest building in town, and weekly soccer mom powerwalks around the mall.

This also includes (in some cases) having all the luck in the world, except with getting a girlfriend/boyfriend. Being Dylan is a widely used term, though many don’t understand the true meaning.
