A nonce is a British way to describe a pervert or a pedophile. A nonce can like many things (e.g dicks, young males, females and many more).

Nonces usually hangs around on the internet but can also be seen on the sidewalks on your street. They target kids and teenagers and have a strange habit of biting their lips.
