Spaghetti-Os
A variant on 69 in which each partner slurps spaghetti noodles off their respective partner's genitalia. A male partner would typically have noodles wrapped around their penis, while a female partner would typically have noodles first twirled into a ball and then pressed into vagina, resting roughly halfway above surface level. If a female partner is on top for this position, the other partner should be wary of the spaghetti spilling entirely onto their face. Both shapes would resemble something like an O, hence the term "Spaghetti-Os".
