For the greatest desired effect, execute in a quiet area where the noise maker can remain anonymous yet achieve the desired effect: i.e. a dark auditorium or movie theater. Cursing in said situations is optional.

Get the Power noisemug. Noise Control is a genre of music that stands out on its own. It is basically noise but it is manifested in sometimes an artful and controlled manner by the members of the band. At other times these independent bands let the music escape in a chaotic positive feedback loop cycle which winds up doing things of its own. Many various instruments both organic and synthetic are used to create various layer of sounds/music/noise/reverb. This genre of music can also be performance oriented.
Noise Control bands include Impact Test, the Late Severa Wires, Shanks and the Dreamers, Unfamiliar Occurrence...etc
