(Lyn-fas-ster) noun: A term referring when people only have a singular full meal in a day. it is a combination of lunch, breakfast, and dinner as one singular meal often towards the evening or night. the term was designed namely for disabled and very busy people who need to describe their meal habits in much simpler terms. Linfaster can also be any food item so long as the individual using the term considering the item a meal not just a snack; this includes having only snack foods as a meal or having only nutritional liquids like protein and meal replacement shakes as a meal.
