As a nickname for Elijah, Elis are friends or boyfriends that you should definitely keep. If you ever find a Eli, or Elijah, you have to know to keep him. He has a funny personality, and also very charming. I love my friend Elijah and won't let him go! He is also someone that you will never forget, and he will always be there for you.

An Eli is a funny and charming person. He never ceases to make people like him. He's talented and always just in the moment. An Eli fits so well, with everything, he fits with people and just in general. He's confident, but not cocky. Funny, but not in an offensive or hurtful way.
