The Dark Tower

The incredible epic tale, written by Stephen King, of Roland Deschain's search for a tower that holds up all of existence. In his search he encounters all sorts of beings and worlds that are all somewhat parallel. This series can be taken as one of King's greatest works. It contains seven long novels that create the larger tale. The first book was written back in the 70s, and the last book in the series was released in 2004.

Dark Lord

There's approximately 745.3 Dark Lords in literature and pop-culture. I'll give you a run down of three (with a special guest at the end,) in order of creation.

Lord Sauron.
AKA: The Lord of the Rings, The Enemy, The Great Eye, The Dark Lord.
Traits: Bizarre ring fetish, kickass Mace of Pwnage, kickass minions of pwnosity.

Darth Vader
AKA: Anakin Skywalker, Lord Vader, The Dark Lord, James Earl Jones.
Traits: Lightsaber. Hell, everyone loves lightsabers... THE FORCE! Quotability to the max.

Lord Voldemort
AKA: You Know Who, The Dark Lord, He Who Must Not Be Named, Tom Riddle, Ralph Fiennes.
Traits: Bitchin' snake familiar, Near immortality due to splitting his soul, uh... cool eyes?

George W. Bush
AKA: Dubbyuh, Bushy, Bushy junior.
Traits: Horrible public speaking skills, inheriting the uncanny ability from his father to bring war to America, funny, sticky-outty ears.

Dark Juliet

An interpretation of Juliet Capulet from Romeo and Juliet that features the girl having psycho and creepy tendencies. It ranges from stalking, denial of breakups, psycho lover to uncontrollable rage when jealous.

Jeanette Peterson from How I Met Your Mother is a classic example of Dark Juliet.

Friend 1: She started a fire so I have to come out and meet her. She says she couldn't wait till the end of the office meeting because she loves me so much.

Friend 2: Dude! She might be a Dark Juliet

Dark Smegma

Since the sexual revolution of the mid-1960s, theoretical biologists have been aware of a unique mystery lurking within the foreskins of gentiles all over the world. Upon calculating the amount of smegma that would be necessary to produce the intensity of odour that was emanating from the penises of uncircumcised males, it was discovered that the amount required would be more than four times the quantity of smegma that was detectable. To resolve this apparent paradox, it was theorised that an invisible substance, named dark smegma, was responsible for the excess odour.

To date, no dark smegma has been detected, though the consensus within the theoretical biology community is that a breakthrough is imminent.

"I apologise for the smell, it's not that I don't wash or anything, I guess I must just have a lot of dark smegma, perhaps I should get cut?"
