When ANYONE holds someone else back from doing what they want to do or being who they want to be specifically because of the color of their skin or their racial affiliation.

If you do this, nothing excludes your actions or opinion from being racist because racism is all about your reason which you chose to base on race. Man 2: "Despite what others will say, yes it is. If the only reason that couple is getting glared at or treated negatively is due to the color of their skin, it's racism even if it comes from their own race."

Man 2: "Yes, but unfortunately some don't see it that way and instead of mixing with others like America was meant for, they separate themselves from the people they fought to be equals with in the first place out of vengeful spite"
Man 1: "...That's actually kinda sad for the ones trying to make actual use of their race's progress and be respected for who they want to become instead of grieving over who they used to be. I din't know Racism could evolve like that. It's almost viral."
