This is a promise made between very close friends and if it isn't kept all hope for furthuring your friednship to the future I LOST DEAD BURIED GONE!
You both lock your little fingers together and say "Pinky Promise", me and a ex did this and we split so erm it proves that its true yeah! because the promise wasn't kept and we don't see each other anymore!

Chris:"I will save you a double lolly!"
Kat: "Pinky Promise?"
Chris: "Pinky Promise!"
*Chris eats a whole bag of Double Lollie's and forgets about Kat, therefore Kat forgets about Chris...COMPLETLEY! lol*

1. a person who procastinates to a great extent yet still manages to do better on their problem sets and exams than anyone else in the class.

2. someone who procastinates and is an ass about it.

guy 1: i got a 95% on that exam and i only studied for five minutes before the test!
guy 2: fuck you man, i spent all week preparing for that test.
guy 1: maybe you should try being smarter, or at least less dumb.
guy 2: god you're such a procass.

I was waiting for a promised "Word of the Week", but it never came, now you owe me a Promisorry Note promising to deliver the Word of the Week and that you are truly sorry.
