A nickname formed from the combination of two Hebraic words: "Pot", which is the equivalent of vagina, and "Rotem" which is a relatively common Israeli name.

It can be used when a person wants to address a female called "Rotem" with a sexual tone.

Male: My Potem !
Female: Let's go to bed...
