Later Boners

Lat·er Bon·ers (noun) Any multiplayer game (such as Little Big Planet or Super Mario Bros. Wii) wherein one player can sprint ahead and cause the death of his "teammates".

So named because of the tendency of people to yell "Later boners!" to their friends as they leave them behind.

"I was playing Later Boners with my friends the other night and they kept killing me off because I was too slow to keep up. I hate being the boner."

'Laters' or 'Laterz' was created during the 90's in London as a slang term used primarily to empathise the gravity of the situation. Similarly to OMG or WTF.

e.g.
