Does not specifically refer to an area where drugs are sold, but rather refers generically to the ghetto. The word trap is used to indicate the fact that there is usually little or no police presence.

The word trappin' refers specifically to operating an illegal business out of the trap.

Etymology: Southern slang.

a crazy and wild time when young individuals between the age of 16-21 get together and party. During this intense period the group indulges in the use of multiple types of illegal drugs and will do anything crazy because it is what they know best.
