Gym Meet

An NDP tradition that’s almost a century old (and also copied by every other private girls school in MD in some way) where the four classes compete against each other for the coveted silver cup and march, song, aerobics, and dance plaques. Seniors typically win because of experience unless your grade is unbelievably good (1985 and 2019 won as juniors). Nobody does school work or talks about anything else for the whole first week of March and it causes MAJOR drama (but let’s be honest, the petty girls are just mad they suck)

Gym Gravity

Gym Gravity is an undetectable force that takes place late at night when only two or three people are in the gym. Without intention the small amount of people will inevitably end up working out right next to eachother.

When you are working out and you have excessive moisture in your ass. Irritation from sweat in and around your buttocks.

I have the worst case of GYM ASS from working out today. Sitting at this desk gave me a case of Gym Ass.

Someone who is a gym lad can be reffered as many things: a ladies man, really hunch and buff and lays with alot of women. He or she (unisex) is a 'beast' and no one can compare .

Millie: you know Adam has been hitting the gym alot lately?
Katie: yeah I also been hearing he's been going around shagging alot of girls too.
