Pertaining to, or having absolute 'win' in ones life. One must usually be under the influence of the drug 'Chalie Sheen' to become bi-winning.

Reporter: "Some say your that your bi-polar"

Charlie Sheen: "WOW, what does that mean?"

Reporter: "I guess that your on two ends of the spectrum"

Charlie Sheen: "wow, and then what what's the cure? medicine? make me like them? - not gonna hapen.

Winning in two or more areas of your life, at any given time. Or simply winning here and winning there.

Coined by Charlie Sheen in his recent interview. The interviewer asked him if he was bipolar and he replied: "I'm not bipolar, I'm bi-winning."

Example:

I just got a promotion and got laid in the same day! I'm really bi-winning right now.
