Kill Word

(Noun): A dehumanizing word or phrase broadcasted, repeated, and memed into the public sphere with the goal of fomenting the genocide of a particular group.

Kill words are a more defined subsection of a wider/vaguer hate speech category.

In the 1994 Rawanda genocide, Propogandists broadcasted kill words "Cockroaches" or "Cut down the tall trees" to the Hutu majority to genocide the Tutsi minority.

Before WW2 , the nazis spread kill words like "Rats" or "Liquidation" in their Holocaust of the jews.

In 2023 Dilbert creator, Scott Adams, predicted that phrases like "Colonizer" or "MAGAts"(Maggots) will become active kill words.

A word that might be considered bad, such as a cuss word or a swear word, but can still be used in a particular situation to convey a certain feeling, but only if necessary.

I used a careful word when I yelled, “get the fuck away from me!” when a would-be attacker threatened me with physical violence.

Despite the fact that you're actually not supposed to have definitions focused on non-celebrities, there are many such definitions.
