Welfare-State

A Republican state that is a net-loss to the United States, taking more money then they give.

This is usually extremely hypocritical since these "welfare-states" are vehemently against welfare and promote "pulling yourself up by the bootstraps" as a socially accepted standard.

States dependent on federal aid:
1. Montana 46.1% - republican
2. Wyoming 44.5% - republican
3. Louisiana 43.7% - republican
4. Mississippi 43.3% - republican
5. Arizona 43.1% - republican

Damn, Texas is once again asking for federal aid, they are such a welfare-state, they can't do anything without the other state, they couldn't go independent even if they wanted to!

When exiting out of the brown state brown users may suffer from side effects of the brown state. A shorter term for this incident can be simply know as browning out.
