Back nipple

A nipple cripple to the fat on a persons back.
Widely believed to be more painful then the original Nipple cripple.
Try this one out on small kids and fat bullys. However it is best not to cripple on the nipple but above it is the target.

with a hole in the back

similar to (and is the very cool version of) the very uncool phrase "and then some."

"A hole in the back" represents something similar to the idea of a bottomless pit, describing that something may be limitlessly awesome, seemingly limitless in number, or someone just got beat up to no extent, etc.
Ex. "Damn, that apple turnover was unreal with a hole in the back!"

Ex. Person 1: "There are way too many idiot drivers these days."
Person 2: "Seriously, with a hole in the back."

back in the day

A pretentious phrase some people use to signal approval for previous irresponsible conduct while avoiding references to the consequences of conduct they learned by necessity to avoid.
Back in the day we drank gallons of liquor and battered anyone we did not like.

Back and forth

Sounds like the motions a saw with a midget at each end would go through if they were cutting a guy in half with one (and not something related to two people talking about something).
The midgets kept bringing the saw back and forth, but it took hours and hours for them to get to the guy's intestines.
